Anchor Calculator

The JCP Anchor Calculator Tool allows engineers to design connections using a simple design tool to take into account loadings, spacings, and edge distances

All the relevant information can be entered into the program and a selection of suitable anchors will be displayed.  The designer can then select the one they consider most applicable for their particular circumstances.

Railing Module

Simplifies the specification and design process for selecting suitable anchots and post layouts for railing systems installed in concrete, such as balconies or staircases.

ACP Module

Provides anchoring solutions for both cracked and uncracked concrete. Verification can be performed for mechanical and chemical anchors in various configurations.

Metal Injection Module

Design for the verification of fixing installed in masonry substrates. Users can select from different types solid or hollow masonry units.

Rebar Module

Determine the appropriate chemical resin for post-installed rebar applications, where reinforcing bars are drilled into existing concrete elements to connect with new concrete structures.

Ceiling Module

Designed for redundant non-structural applications, such as electrical and mechanical support systems or suspended/ false ceiling installations.

ACP Module

The ACP module designs mechanical and chemical anchors for cracked and uncracked concrete in floors, walls, and ceilings. It verifies anchor layouts using a 3D interface, considering spacing, edge distances, concrete thickness, load direction, and base plate geometry.

Calculations comply with EN 1992-4, including static, seismic, fire, and combined loading conditions, with support for relevant EOTA Guidelines and Technical Reports.

The software recommends suitable JCP anchors based on your design and generates a comprehensive PDF report for documentation and approval.

Railing Module

This module simplifies the specification and design of anchors and post layouts for railing systems in concrete, such as balconies and staircases, for indoor and outdoor use.

Verification is available for mechanical and chemical JCP anchors. It performs wind load calculations for outdoor railings in accordance with Eurocode and evaluates all load combinations, identifying critical load cases per anchor.

Users can input post configurations, heights, and spans. Calculations follow EN 1992-4 and relevant EOTA Guidelines. The module generates recommended anchors and a PDF report for approval.

Metal Injection Module

This module verifies fixings installed in masonry substrates. Users can select solid or hollow masonry units with their technical characteristics. A 3D interface visualises fixing positions and load paths.

Verification evaluates failure modes according to relevant EOTA Guidelines, comparing applied loads with the performance of suitable JCP chemical resins across anchor sizes. The module considers anchor spacing, edge distance, and base material thickness to determine the most suitable JCP product. A PDF report can be generated for approval and documentation.

Rebar Module

Engineers can use this module to select the appropriate chemical resin for post-installed rebar applications, where reinforcing bars are drilled into existing concrete to connect with new concrete structures.

Verification is carried out using high-performance JCP chemical resins in accordance with Eurocode and applicable technical guidelines. The module also calculates the required anchorage length to meet structural design requirements.

A PDF calculation report can be generated if needed.

Ceiling Module

This module is designed for redundant non-structural applications such as electrical and mechanical support systems or suspended/false ceilings.

Based on system weight and load distribution, it recommends suitable anchors, considering spacing, base material characteristics, and relevant guidelines. In redundant systems, loads are shared so that if one fastener fails, the load transfers to adjacent fasteners without system failure.

Verification can be performed for mechanical and plastic JCP anchors, with output including anchor selection and supporting calculations for approval.
